How RAO Global uses the details you give when you register for RAO Europe 26 and the RAO network.
Who is responsible for your data
RAO Global is the data controller for the details you provide on this form. [RAO to add: legal entity name, company number, registered address and a contact email for privacy questions.]
What we collect
Your name, work email, mobile number (optional), organisation, job title and seniority, how you take part (asset owner, fund manager or service provider), and the answers you give in your matching profile. Some answers, such as assets under management, are confidential: they’re used for matching only and never shown to other members.
Why we use it
- To register you for RAO Europe 26 and send you event updates.
- To create your RAO network profile and suggest introductions to relevant people.
We rely on your consent, which you give on the form, and on our legitimate interest in running the event. [RAO to confirm the lawful bases.]
Who can see it
Only RAO staff who run the event and the network. By default your profile is visible only to people at the same event, and confidential answers are never shared. We don’t sell your data.
How long we keep it

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time by contacting RAO at [privacy contact email]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
